Ketchup spout bag filler is suitable for liquid and paste product such as chili sauce, tomato sauce,honey, cream,juice and drinks etc the quantitative filling which widely used in food field & cosmetic field.

Features

1 Control components and cylinders are used brand (Germany FESTO / Taiwan AIRTAC / domestic SNS) components, material contact with 316L, 304 stainless steel, in line with GMP requirements.

2 machine works by air compressor as power source, mechanical operation without collision and hard friction, so suitable for the need for explosion-proof requirements of the occasion, with high security.

3 With quantitative volume measurement and piston push rod structure, high precision filling, the error is small (error <± 0.3%)

4 Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.

5 With automatic suction, quantitative filling, uniform discharge, emergency stop, filling volume and speed can be adjusted etc features

6 Filling head with cylinder valve or mechanical valve, filling head design with anti-drip plug, to prevent the filling head drawing, dropping.

7 Parts through the clamp connection, easy to disassemble components, cleaning, maintenance, assembly.

8 Mechanical (manual) and (automatic) block. (Manual) by the foot switch control filling, (automatic) is the mechanical continuous filling
